Ms. Zhang graduated from Law and Politics College, Ocean University of China in 2011, and obtained the legal profession qualification certificate in the same year. From 2011 to 2013, she served as an in-house legal counsel in the Legal Department of Neusoft Co. Ltd. From 2013 to 2014, she studied international commercial law in the law school of the University of Washington in and obtained an LL.M degree. She joined in Heng Xin Shenyang Office in 2014.Ms. Zhang is able to work and communicate with the clients in English and provide professional legal services for corporate operation, legal compliance and other businesses. Her main work areas are corporate commercial and foreign legal affairs.
