Wang Hao,graduated from DUFE with bachelor’s degree,and DUT with a master’s degree . He worked in a national joint-stock commercial bank for many years. Later, he worked as an intern Guantao (Dalian) Law Firm, where he obtained his lawyer’s practice certificate. He joined Liaoning Hengxin Law Firm in September 2023. Since beginning his practice, he has been mainly engaged in the bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization of enterprises,financial law practice, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, anti-monopoly, civil and commercial litigation, and has provided perennial legal advisory services to numerous state-owned enterprises and financial institutions.
