In 2011, Yang obtained a master's degree in law from Kyushu University, a national university in Japan. After working at a Japanese law firm, he returned to China and joined a listed company, where he served as the legal director of a department and its subsidiaries. His main areas of practice included corporate financing and investment, equity mergers and acquisitions and dispositions, external transaction agreements, internal control of subsidiaries, compliance, and risk management for listed companies. As an in-house legal expert for a listed company for 12 years, he accumulated rich practical experience in internal and external control, compliance, and risk management for listed enterprises.
At the end of 2023, Yang went to Japan to work. In the past year, he has assisted Sino-Japanese law firms in handling dozens of civil and commercial cases involving multinational corporations and individuals. Meanwhile, he provides ongoing legal advisory services to Chinese individuals and enterprises in Japan.
