Mr. Zhao Kepeng received his Bachelor's Degree from the School of Navigation, Dalian Maritime University, and his Master's Degree from Dalian Maritime University School of Law and Tulane University School of Law. He is also the Deputy Secretary General of the Maritime and Commercial Committee of the Tenth Council of Liaoning Provincial Lawyers' Association, a member of the First Law Committee of Dalian Council for the Promotion of International Trade (Dalian International Chamber of Commerce), and a member of China Maritime Law Association. Mr. Zhao mainly works on admiralty/maritime disputes, including maritime maritime disputes of litigation and arbitration. On behalf of P&I Clubs, shipping companies and other clients, Mr. Zhao has handled numerous carriage of goods by sea contract disputes, ship collision disputes, wreck removal, ship insurance contract disputes, charter party disputes and so on.
