Wang Enqun, Director of Hengxin Law Office, holds the title of First-Class Lawyer. Since starting his legal career in 1987, he has been involved in numerous projects including foreign-invested enterprise negotiations, corporate mergers, divisions, acquisitions, liquidations, bankruptcies, and large-scale project financing. He has extensive experience in providing legal services for capital market mergers and acquisitions, financing, and domestic and international IPO projects. Additionally, he has represented numerous commercial litigation cases and international commercial arbitration matters. Attorney Wang has served as a long-term legal advisor to various government agencies, enterprises, institutions, and financial organizations.
