Graduated in 1997 from the Investment Economics Department of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Simultaneously, he studied law and obtained a lawyer's qualification in 1997. After graduation, he served as the legal advisor for Yida Group in Dalian. In 1998, he pursued further studies in Japan, attending the Graduate School of International Social Sciences at Yokohama National University, where he earned a Master’s degree. After graduation, he worked at a large Japanese law firm and later at multinational financial enterprises. Since joining Hengxin Law Office in 2006, Attorney Chen has primarily focused on foreign-related legal services, offering expertise in company establishment, labor management and dispute resolution, and corporate personnel restructuring for foreign-invested enterprises, with extensive professional experience.
In 2011, Yang obtained a master's degree in law from Kyushu University, a national university in Japan. After working at a Japanese law firm, he returned to China and joined a listed company, where he served as the legal director of a department and its subsidiaries. His main areas of practice included corporate financing and investment, equity mergers and acquisitions and dispositions, external transaction agreements, internal control of subsidiaries, compliance, and risk management for listed companies. Linlin Wang graduated from Kobe City University of Foreign Studies, majoring in International Relations, as a recipient of the Japanese Government Scholarship. After completing her undergraduate studies, she worked for a major Japanese trading company, where she gained extensive practical experience in international trade.
