Ms. Shao Feng graduated from law school of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2005. During 2005 to 2008, she served as an in-house legal counsel in a multinational company. She joined Heng Xin Shenyang Office in 2009 practicing as a professional lawyer. She once undertook and participated in numerous projects on corporate investment, merger, dissolution, liquidation and listing in NEEQ.
