Ms. Yan graduated from East China University of Political Science and law with a Bachelor's Degree in Art, and graduated from Peking University with a Master's Degree in law. In 2018 Ms. Yan graduated from New York University School of law and obtained her second master degree(LL.M.), specializing in corporate law. Ms. Yan is a licensed PRC and U.S. (New York State) lawyer. Prior to joining HengXin Law Office, she worked as an in-house counsel of Legal Affairs Department of Liaoning Branch of China Construction Bank for many years. Ms. Yan's practice mainly focuses on corporate business, capital market and foreign-related legal affairs, and has provided legal advisory services for government departments, state-owned banks, large state-owned enterprises and listed companies.
