Ma Sijiu, awarded with JM, is a graduate of the prestigious Intellectual Property Institute of Shanghai University. He obtained the Legal Profession Qualification and the Patent Agent Qualification in 2012 and 2014 separately. Mr. Li Shuai graduated from the Dalian Maritime University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Navigation. He worked onboard merchant vessels engaged in ocean trading for more than ten years and obtained the qualification of master mariner. Following the career at sea, he attended Shanghai Maritime University, graduating there in 2018 with a master’s degree in maritime law.
