Ms. Bao Weiqi graduated from Dalian Naval Academy in July 2002, majored in Application of English. She graduated from the law school of Liaoning University in 2005. Since July 2005, she has been working in Shenyang office. She passed the Chinese National Bar Exam in 2006. During the practice, she worked as legal counsel to numerous enterprises relating to corporate contract review, risk prevention and control, and labor dispute resolution. She participated in legal due diligence, asset transfer, disposition of business for many asset management companies and also handled a large number of criminal and civil litigation cases.
