Ms. Ma graduated from Beijing University of Technology with the Bachelor of Laws in 2007 and passed the Chinese National Bar Exam in 2009. Ms. Ma graduated and got the Master of Economic Law from Northeast University of Finance and Economics in 2011. Ms. Ma has been worked in Liaoning Hengxin (Shenyang)Law Firm since 2012.
