Chen Haoran

Graduated in 1997 from the Investment Economics Department of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Simultaneously, he studied law and obtained a lawyer's qualification in 1997. After graduation, he served as the legal advisor for Yida Group in Dalian. In 1998, he pursued further studies in Japan, attending the Graduate School of International Social Sciences at Yokohama National University, where he earned a Master’s degree. After graduation, he worked at a large Japanese law firm and later at multinational financial enterprises. Since joining Hengxin Law Office in 2006, Attorney Chen has primarily focused on foreign-related legal services, offering expertise in company establishment, labor management and dispute resolution, and corporate personnel restructuring for foreign-invested enterprises, with extensive professional experience.

Zhang Zhendong

Lawyer Zhang Zhendong, partner of lawyer Zhang Zhendong, graduated from Peking University in 1991 and studied in the international economic law Research Class of Dalian Maritime University from 2002 to 2005. Mu Tao

Mu Tao graduated from the law school of Liaoning University in 1999 and started to practice as a professional lawyer in Heng Xin Law Office in 2000. Mu Tao was qualified as an independent director for listed company after and by the training of Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2008. Mu Tao has handled hundreds of litigation and non-litigation cases in the past years. Mu Tao has served as a legal counsel for several companies and government bodies, and acted as an independent director for listed company.

Ye Changqing

Lawyer Ye Changqing graduated from North China University of Technology and obtained legal qualifications in 2000. In the same year, he joined Liaoning Hengxin Law Firm to work as a lawyer. Lawyer Ye Changqing has rich practical experience in providing legal services in the fields of corporate commerce, real estate, construction engineering, and finance. He has been serving as a perennial legal advisor for domestic and foreign real estate companies and regional real estate project companies for many years, providing specialized legal services for a large number of real estate project development, project mergers and acquisitions, and equity cooperation. Ge Xiaojie obtained LL.B degree in 1998. She was admitted to the bar of the PRC in 2000 and then joined Heng Xin Law Office to practice law. Since practicing, she has provided legal services for numerous enterprises and banks, and handled hundreds of cases. She has extensive experiences in the fields of corporate, finance, real estate, the law of marriage, succession, and tort.

Shen Xiaoping

Shen Xiaoping was graduated from Zhejiang University and obtained BEc in 1997, then obtained LLM in Dalian Maritime University in 2000. She joined this Firm shortly after qualifying as a lawyer in 1998. She has acted for a number of shipping companies, P&I Clubs and insurance companies to handle various kinds of shipping cases. He advises on all matters relating to maritime/shipping law, such as International Trade, B/L, Charter Party, Sales & Purchase of Ships, Ship Finance, Ship-building, Marine Pollution and Crew Injury etc. She has accumulated rich experience based on solid legal knowledge and hence can make flexible use of legal knowledge to deal with cases and is especially good at providing clients with professional services for litigation and non-litigation cases.
