Yunling He graduated from the East China University of Political science and Law with both bachelor’s degrees of Management and Law and obtained the Master of Business Law from the University of Sydney, majoring in International Law、Mergers and Acquisitions in Asia and Insolvency Law. Before Miss He’s joining in 2021, she had worked in Shanghai in a Band 1 law firm in labour and employment in the ranking of Chambers & Partners as a professional lawyer for more than 6 years, specializing in  legal services of labor and human resources, corporate compliance and cross-border HR strategy. As a practicing lawyer, Ms. He has been providing legal services for large multinational enterprises, foreign financial and banking enterprises, state-owned enterprises and central institutions for many years. She provides legal counsel service counselling on the compliance issues, drafting and review of employment contract, employee handbook, confidentiality and non-competition agreement, etc. She also provides in-house training and labor legal services for many multinational corporations, and providing clients with special services such as compliance investigation and guidance. She has participated in the formulation and planning of the personnel resettlement plan in the relocation, business resettlement, structure adjustment and other projects for many times, and provided legal consulting services, and the follow-up dispute settlement.
