Li Min graduated with a bachelor's degree from China University of Political Science and Law and later earned master's and PHD degree from the Graduate School of Law at Waseda University in Japan, specializing in Commercial Law. Siyu Yu

Siyu Yu, majoring in accounting, graduated from Wuhan University with a double bachelor's degree in law and in management and passed the NBE (National BAR Examination) in 2016 and obtained the lawyer qualification. She had once worked for Beijing Dacheng (Guangzhou) law firm and now has joined Liaoning Hengxin Law Office since 2017 and has been working as a full-time lawyer.
