Siyu Yu, majoring in accounting, graduated from Wuhan University with a double bachelor's degree in law and in management and passed the NBE (National BAR Examination) in 2016 and obtained the lawyer qualification. She had once worked for Beijing Dacheng (Guangzhou) law firm and now has joined Liaoning Hengxin Law Office since 2017 and has been working as a full-time lawyer. At the early stage of her career, she was skewed to non-litigation cases and she participated in a range of legal business including non-public offering of listed companies, bankruptcy and reorganization of enterprises, asset security, corporate organizational structure design, loss determination and compensation verification of international trade insurance, etc. It was from doing the above that Siyu found her way into litigation and made it her primary scope of business. She passed the Japanese language proficiency test level 2 (N2) in 2019 and won the tile of “level 3 lawyer” in 2020 and now she is a member of China law society.
