Zhang Fangying graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with bachelor’s degree in law and in English literature. She further studied in City University of Hong Kong and obtained LLM degree in common law. She had once practiced as an acting judge in an Intermediate People’s Court where she handled cases of both first and second instance relating to civil and commercial legal matters. She joined Heng Xin Law Office in December 2017 with expertise in liquidation and insolvency proceedings, corporate restructuring, commercial litigation and arbitration, etc.
