Wang Bin graduated from Nan Kai University, and obtained his master degree from Dalian Maritime University. He passed the National Bar Exam in 2009. Thereafter he interned and worked in Courts and a well-known law firm. He has joined Heng Xin Law Office since January 2015. Since his professional practice, Mr. Wang has provided legal services for listed companies, group companies, real estate companies, financial institutions and investment institutions in dispute resolution, special legal practice and daily legal advice, and he was deeply involved in the crisis disposal of key projects in Dalian, and participated in the establishment of the first foreign-funded private equity fund in Dalian throughout the process. Meanwhile, Mr. Wang focuses on the study of practical and legal knowledge and the summing up of practical experience with building a systematic case research idea of "corporate compliance - dispute resolution - enforcement - disposal of non-performing assets - bankruptcy and liquidation". He has also established a database for each business sector by category, using intelligent tools to accelerate the research of cutting-edge legal issues in the industry, and focusing on providing professional and multifaceted solutions to various legal demands.
