Zhang Zhendong graduated from Beijing University in 1991. During 2002 to 2005, he studied in the International Economic Law Seminar of Dalian Maritime University. Lawyer Zhang joined Liaoning Heng Xin Law Office in 1998 to practice law as a professional lawyer.
