Wang Xuexian graduated from the law school of Fudan University with LL.B degree. He obtained master's degree from the law school of Renmin University of China. In 1994, he was hired as vice professor of Dalian University of Technology and acted as the head of law institute and where he also served as a tutor for the post-graduates. Since 1996, he has been acting as an arbitrator of Dalian Arbitration Committee. He has been rated as "Gold Brand Arbitrator of Liaoning Province"，nominated as a committee member of the tenth and eleventh CPPCC in Dalian. He has been retained as independent director by numerous domestic and Hong Kong listed companies. His published work includes New Edition of General Legal Theory, Foreign Economic Law of China, International Commercial Law, Legal Environment of Enterprises, etc. He has published dozens of essays in professional journals. Wang Xuexian has being working as a professional lawyer since 1990. He joined Heng Xin Law Office in 1994. During his practice period, he has handled hundreds of diverse cases and been retained by dozens of enterprises as regular legal counsel.
