       In 1999, Kuan Hai graduated from China People’s Policy University with a Bachelor’s degree in law and had been engaged in the management of border inspection under the immigration inspection bureau of the Ministry of Public Security until 2018. From August 2003 to July 2006, Kuan Hai finished his Master’s degree in law at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and he passed the Judicial Qualification Examination in October 2018. Kuan Hai’s scope of work mainly includes criminal, civil, and commercial litigation, and disputes in marriage and family business.
