  Zhou Aibo graduated from Jilin University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2016;He obtained legal profession qualification certificate in 2012; In 2019, he graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in law. During his postgraduate study, he served as the legal adviser of Dalian Environmental Protection Bureau, and participated in the revision of the environmental protection regulations of Dalian. In 2019,he worked in the Legal Affairs Office of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, assisting in dealing with a large number of university compliance affairs. In the same year, he joined Liaoning Heng Xin Law Office.
