Zhao Kepeng

       Mr. Zhao Kepeng graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a bachelor's degree in engineering in 2016. He entered Dalian Maritime University Law School for a master's degree in the same year. He passed the Chinese Bar Examination in 2017. Later in 2019, he was awarded with a master's degree (LLM) in 2019, where he was specialized in Admiralty Law. Kepeng joined Liaoning Hengxin Law Office in June 2019. He mainly works on admiralty/maritime disputes.
